SBL-BPR-00197: Cannot find workflow step recipient with the Login/Id "%1".

Purpose


This document is intended to provide cause and corrective action information about Siebel Error Message SBL-BPR-00197: Cannot find workflow step recipient with the Login/Id "%1".

Scope

SBL-BPR-00197: Cannot find workflow step recipient with the Login/Id "%1".


Explanation


Cannot find workflow step recipient with the specified login/Id in S_USER table. The step recipient, and the workflow definition where it is defined, may have been defined in a different application environment.

Corrective Action


Re-define/re-select the step recipient from the workflow step recipient list applet, which is an applet belonging to the workflow Subprocess step.

Symptoms


Customer is trying to create a task into the Inbox from within Workflow. They are experiencing the following error message:

"Cannot find workflow/task step recipient with the Login/Id "PRAJ".(SBL-BPR-00197)".


Cause




Based on the error message it appears that Row_Id should be provided instead of the user-name



Solution


 
Change Request CR# 10574837 has been created for this issue. It will be reviewed and prioritized and implemented in a future release.

Customer implemented the suggested workaround consisting of providing the Row_Id of the user instead of the username/Login.
